چکیده

The increasing demand for end-to-end low-latency and high-reliability transmissions between edge computing nodes user elements in 5G Advance networks has brought new challenges to the transmission of data. In response, this paper proposes LERMS, a packet-level encoding scheme designed untrusted 5GA that may encounter malicious situations such as data tampering, discarding, eavesdropping. LERMS achieves resiliency against attacks by using Protocol unit (PDU) coded Concurrent Multipath Transfer (CMT) based on Lagrangian interpolation Raptor’s two-layer coding, which provides redundancy eliminate impact an attacker’s behavior. To mitigate increased queuing delay resulting from blocks, is queue-aware with variable block length. Its strategy modeled Markov chain optimized matrix method. Numerical results demonstrate optimal trade-off reliability while providing networks.

Reliable and Low Latency Transmission in Industrial Wireless Sensor Networks

The major advantages with Industrial Wireless Sensor Networks (IWSNs) in process automation are cable cost reduction, enhanced flexibility and enabling new emerging applications such as wireless control. However, transmission over the wireless channel is prone to noise and interference which causes packets to be erroneous received at the receiver node. To improve the link reliability in lossy c...

Network MIMO Downlink Transmission

The effects of cooperating base stations in the downlink of an OFDM-based cellular network with frequency reuse factor one are studied. In this so-called network MIMO scenario the signals of several users are jointly processed before transmission in order to handle the unavoidable multi-user interference. We apply and study pre-processing techniques well-known from conventional MIMO scenarios i...

Joint Uplink and Downlink Resource Configuration for Ultra-reliable and Low-latency Communications

Supporting ultra-reliable and low-latency communications (URLLC) is one of the major goals for the fifth-generation cellular networks. Since spectrum usage efficiency is always a concern, and large bandwidth is required for ensuring stringent quality-of-service (QoS), we minimize the total bandwidth under the QoS constraints of URLLC. We first propose a packet delivery mechanism for URLLC. To r...

A Low-Power Packet Memory Architecture with a Latency-Aware Packet Mapping Method

A packet memory stores packets in internet routers and it requires typically RTT ×C for the buffer space, e.g. several GBytes, where RTT is an average round-trip time of a TCP flow and C is the bandwidth of the router’s output link. It is implemented with DRAM parts which are accessed in parallel to achieve required bandwidth. They consume significant power in a router whose scalability is heav...

Ultra-Reliable and Low-Latency 5G Communication

Machine-to-machine communication, M2M, will make up a large portion of the new types of services and use cases that the fifth generation (5G) systems will address. On the one hand, 5G will connect a large number of low-cost and low-energy devices in the context of the Internet of things; on the other hand it will enable critical machine type communication use cases, such as smart factory, autom...
